The books cupboard is the place to log where you keep all of your clients books and what they look like.  You can also log when you received them and the books year end. It allows you to archive books when they are collected by the client, and therefore maintain a full history of all client books.  Never again will a client be able to say they never collected their books when the archive clearly shows the details of their collection!
